Jurassic World: Dominion (2022) - rewatch

Okay, I didn't remember liking this movie so much the first time, but definitely my second favorite movie in the Jurrasic Park franchise. The cast is just perfect and the movie just overall fun to watch. I always love Ian Malcom, and Kayla and Owen are such a badass duo. The dinosaurs are also peak in this movie! I would say the perfect end to the series, but I heard there's another movie out now that I need to watch (lol).

Gentleman Jack: Season 2 (2019) - rewatch

Still, still want a season 3 (lol)! I love Ann Walker in this season. She really becomes more herself, and is just so fun. While Anne Lister shows her not so flattering side this season, she's still a whirlwind that I love to watch (lol). Meanwhile, I hate Mr. Sutherland with a burning passion. Great season though, and I'm so sad that's the end (though maybe I could find some reading I could get into as a consolation).

The History of Sound (2025)

This movie made such an impression on me. It was terribly sad, but so good! And the music and sound design was beautiful and moving. I really do wish there were more historical LGBTQ+ movies that had happy endings though. Or more dramas in general, not just historical. Still, a very well done movie!

Gentleman Jack: Season 1 (2019) - rewatch

I still want season 3! I was looking up the release year for this season and thought I saw news of a new season, but it was just advertising season 2. Now I'm so bummed all over again at the cancellation... But I highly recommend if you want a historical lesbian romance based on a true story!

Okay, Owen's a bit better in this, but he still doesn't deserve Claire's interest. Blue is still MVP. I would almost bump this up, but the pacing wasn't quite as good as the previous, so still a 3 (lol).

Jurrassic World (2015) - rewatch

I would rate this higher, but the way people treat Claire in the movie is just gross. Especially Owen. He's so toxic. But there's a lot of other things that are great, like the special effects and world building. And I know it's corny, but even if I don't like Owen, his rapport with the raptors is so fun! Blue is MVP~

Forever a classic! Aged extremely well. And gosh I miss when movies were lit like this. I'm a sucker for cinematic lighting.

Twin Peaks: The Return (2017)

I'm bummed to rate this so low, because I really enjoyed Twin Peaks' first two seasons, as well as the movie. But I kept waiting for the story to pick up and for everything to come together and make sense, and it never did! Part of me wants to watch things over in case I missed something, but I think the only way I could do that is on 2x speed or something. I can be pretty patient with pacing, but this season really dragged...

KPop Demon Hunters (2025) - rewatch

I've watched this movie twice in the past couple weeks (lol). It'd definitely my comfort movie right now. The music is so catchy, and the story and animation just top tier! It hits me in the feels every time.

Dracula (2020) - rewatch

A really cool modern adaptation made by the writers of Sherlock. It's funny, the first time I watched this through, I definitely would have given it 5 stars. But I don't know, maybe after seeing other adaptations that are closer to the book, it feels like this Dracula is just a bit 2 dimensional in comparision. There's nothing to the plot that makes you feel for him in even the slightest sense. Still a great series though! One of my favorite Dracula actors, and I love Sister Agatha. The special effects are also really cool and creepy (lol)
